The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has announced the final results for the recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Lower Primary Schools and Assistant Teachers, Science Teachers, and Hindi Teachers in Upper Primary Schools on November 7, 2025. Those who appeared for the exam can check the final merit list on the official website at dee.assam.gov.in. The DEE Assam PDF merit list contains the selected candidates’ qualifying status and application number. It also features the district-wise, post-wise, and medium-wise cut-off marks. The provisional merit lists previously published will be automatically cancelled with the release of the final results. The DEE has clarified that no appointment claims based on the provisional lists will be entertained. Only candidates whose names appear in the final results will receive appointment orders. Selected candidates are required to attend the Orientation and Ceremonial Distribution of Appointment Letters scheduled for November 9, 2025, starting at 2 PM. The department also stated that a separate appointment distribution programme will be announced for Tea Tribes (OBC) candidates.
