Death Toll from Israeli Aggression Rises to 67,183

Gaza, October 08 (QNA) – The death toll from Israeli ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 67,183 people killed and 169,841 wounded, according to the latest update from the Gaza Health Ministry.

In a statement released Wednesday, the ministry reported that hospitals across the enclave received the bodies of 10 people killed and 61 wounded in the previous 24 hours, including two bodies recovered from rubble.

Since March 18, 2025, the ministry has recorded 13,588 deaths and 57,800 injuries in the strip.

The ministry noted that the official toll remains incomplete, as thousands of victims are believed to be trapped beneath the rubble. Rescue efforts have been severely hampered by a lack of equipment and ongoing Israeli military operations, which have targeted aid and emergency teams. The humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, with conditions described as catastrophic, and widespread reports of famine. (QNA)
