It’s always an exciting time when a new killer or survivor makes their way to Dead by Daylight, and both are happening with the Sinister Grace chapter.

With a new killer that looks to be one of the most haunting additions in the game to date, and an interesting survivor to further fill out that side of the game, fans are unsurprisingly excited to try out the new additions following The Walking Dead chapter a couple of months ago.

Here is when the Dead by Daylight Sinister Grace chapter releases and what time you can expect to get your hands on the Krasue.

When is the Dead by Daylight Sinister Grace Chapter Release Date?

The Dead by Daylight Sinister Grace chapter is set to release on September 22.

Behaviour Interactive has not given a firm timeframe for when the update will go live, but given Dead by Daylight’s past with releases like this, you can expect the content to be available starting at 11 AM ET.

As usual, to get access to the new characters, you will need to purchase them either on your platform store of choice or in-game with Auric Cells or Iridescent Shards. There is a bundle with both characters included, or they can be purchased separately.

What Comes in Dead by Daylight: Sinister Grace?

The Sinister Grace chapter in Dead by Daylight includes a new killer and survivor, each coming with a set of new perks. There is no map addition this time around.

The killer is called The Krasue, and might be the creepiest addition to the game yet. This monster is based on Thai folklore and is really disturbing to look at.

At first, The Krasue appears as a normal woman, but this is just a disguise. The true beast is the woman’s floating head with her internal organs hanging below. When playing as her, you will hop between both forms to hunt down survivors. In human form, you regurgitate and infect survivors with a leeching gland, which makes that player more prone to the tentacle attacks when in head form.

The perks for The Krasue are the following:

Hex: Overture of Doom – When a survivor repairs the generator farther from you, that generator gains your terror radius, and you get undetectable.

Ravenous – Once every survivor has been hooked once, all of them scream and gain exposed.

Wandering Eye – While chasing a survivor, you will be able to see the aura of other survivors who are nearby.

Vee Boonyasak

Vee Boonyasak is the new survivor coming in Dead by Daylight: Sinister Grace. She is another musician being added to the roster, this time a drummer. Her perks are the following:

Ghost Notes – Recover from exhaustion faster, and scratch marks disappear more quickly while exhausted.

One-Two-Three-Four! – Empowers survivors within range when completed, but they will have many skill checks while repairing generators or healing.

Road Life – Gain one token when completing a great skill check while repairing, and lose two tokens with a failed skill check. When you have 6-8 tokens (depending on the perk level), get a massive boost to healing for one health state.
