Together, they have built the company into one of Australasia’s most respected digital product and brand agencies, working across New Zealand, Australia and Asia. “It’s been over fifty years since I began working in design, and it’s been one heck of a blast,” Clark says. “I still love the industry and the people in it, but it’s time for me to take a step back, focus on my health and spend more time with my family. “I know that this company is filled with amazing people, doing incredible work. It has an enormously bright future. I’ll still be cheering on all the incredible work that I know will continue to be done under the leadership of Andy, Andrew and Jonathan,” he adds. Big moment, not a big change The company’s leadership and ownership remian unchanged, with co-founders Brown, Smith and Tillick continuing to run the day-to-day operations. Each has long been responsible for the company’s network in Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore. Managing director Andy Brown says: “Although it’s a big moment for us, it’s not a big change. “The same people and same leadership remain in place. Dave’s legacy is everywhere in this business, it’s not just his name, but it’s our culture, our craft and our people, and we’ll continue to carry that forward.”
