    'Daredevil: Born Again' already renewed for Season 3

    Matt Murdock is going to remain in the MCU limelight for a little while longer. The Charlie Cox-led series earned an early season two renewal, as Disney announced it was coming back before the revival finished its first batch of episode. The show will return with its second season at Disney+ in March 2026. Executives really aren’t waiting around to see how it does with viewers this time, though. Marvel Studios’ head of streaming, television and animation, Bad Winderbaum, told IGN the show is “greenlit for season 3.” Just as exciting is that it will start shooting next year.

    A lot will happen around Matt Murdock before he returns in season three even beyond his own second season. Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, who appeared in Born Again‘s first season, is also getting his own special in 2026. The vigilante will also appear in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. While we don’t yet know what either of those stories will mean for Frank Castle, they might very well impact Daredevil’s story. As could any unexpected appearances by Charlie Cox in other MCU releases before then.
