Dandadan, one of the most popular anime of Summer 2025, has announced that another season is in production. Dandadan Season 3 was confirmed immediately after its finale, but while fans eagerly await more information about Science Saru’s adaptation, it’s rumored that it won’t premiere as soon as the previous installments.
Despite not having revealed a release window, fans shouldn’t expect Dandadan Season 3 to premiere in 2026. Science Saru is a small animation studio known for its organized production schedule and meticulously detailed projects. Therefore, given that Science Saru currently has three projects in production, it’s highly likely that Dandadan Season 3 won’t be released until 2027.
Dandadan Season 3 will cover the remainder of the Kaiju arc up to the Space Globalist arc, one of the longest and most intense story arcs in the manga. As production progresses, more information is sure to be revealed. Additionally, Dandadan will hold a special panel on the Red Stage at Jump Festa 2026, where fans should expect some updates.
