The Dallas Cowboys entered the season with playoff expectations, but the 2025 season hasn't exactly been kind to Dak Prescott and company. Dallas has just three wins on the season, coming against a Russell Wilson-led New York Giants team, the New York Jets and the struggling Washington Commanders. In a Monday Night Football showdown against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 9, the Cowboys had a chance to find their fourth win. Instead, the team was embarrassed at home by backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett as the Dallas offense struggled to do much of anything, scoring just one touchdown with 10:51 left in the fourth quarter. "Every game is a must-win going forward," Prescott said. "I know you say that, and you feel that in the NFL, and you should feel that, but when you put yourself in a position or behind like we have, it's even more so that case. We're fortunate right now that, in the league, there's a lot of teams with multiple losses. … You can catch a hot streak and be right there in the mix. "That's great, but you gotta get a streak going. And if you don't get a streak going, you're just putting yourself more and more behind the eight ball. It's now or never." Dallas heads into its bye week as the No. 11 seed in the NFC - well out of a playoff spot with eight games left to play.
