Andhra Pradesh and Odisha are on high alert as Cyclone Montha churns in the Bay of Bengal. The storm is gaining strength and is expected to hit the coastal states late Tuesday with winds of 90-110 kmph. Late Sunday, Montha was about 830 km from Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh and 930 km from Gopalpur in Odisha.
