With the IPL retention window shutting down on November 15, teams will be looking to maximize this and retain their best players, while also trying to make trades. One of the biggest rumours going around is that Sanju Samson might leave Rajasthan Royals, with several teams vying for his signature. Initially, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were the team most rumoured to take his signature. However, recent reports suggested that Delhi Capitals are leading the race to sign him with Tristan Stubbs going in the opposite direction. However, CSK are back in the race. According to a report by Cricbuzz, CSK have reopened talks to sign Samson from Rajasthan Royals. It would not be a surprise if this is a high-profile trade deal, as the report points out that a big player from the five-time champions might be moving in the opposite direction to RR. The franchise have also asked this player if he would be comfortable with a move to Rajasthan Royals, and the situation is expected to be clearer in the next few days. RR owner Manoj Badale has recently arrived in Mumbai from London, and is expected to be keep his options open regharding Sanju Samson. He is expected to hold talks with multiple pfranchises including DC, CSK, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). ALSO READ: Will Gujarat Titans Trade Washington Sundar To CSK?
