Your browser does not support the audio element. Financial services firm Crews & Associates Inc. is moving to First Security Park in west Little Rock. The firm's parent company, First National Bancorp, owns the property at 4007 N. Rodney Parham Road near the Cantrell Road intersection. Approximately 140 of Crews & Associates' employees are moving their jobs from the downtown office in the River Market District to the new location. Much of First Security Bank's Little Rock staff is also moving to First Security Park following the U.S. Federal Reserve Board's approval of a new branch site at the same location on Oct. 31. All of First National Bancorp's subsidiaries are to be fully moved in on Rodney Parham Road by mid- to late November, according to Scott Beardsley, Crews & Associates' executive managing director. A total of 200 employees are being transferred. In addition to housing First Security Bank and Crews & Associates, the complex will serve as a backup secondary data center for First Security Bancorp's Searcy operations. Crews & Associates will be a tenant in one of three buildings on the property. A fourth building on the site belongs to financial technology company Fidelity Information Services, the property's previous owner, who will continue using it.
