Health and wellness professionals across the Costa del Sol are being invited to join The Wellness Circle, a friendly, growing community that’s all about connection, inspiration and making a positive impact. Open to anyone working in health, fitness, nutrition or holistic wellbeing, the group offers a relaxed space to meet like-minded people, share ideas and support each other. Every month, members get together to swap experiences, learn something new and build genuine connections. Founder Selina MacKenzie says the goal is simple, to bring people together in a space that’s uplifting and supportive. “We all need a community where we feel understood and inspired. The Wellness Circle is about building those connections and celebrating the great work being done in health and wellbeing,” she said. The meet-ups mix practical tips with open conversations. Attendees can expect plenty of inspiration, helpful insights from others in the industry and chances to team up on projects. There’s also time to slow down and focus on self-care, because even those who look after others need a boost sometimes. Selina is already known for creating safe spaces for open discussions about women’s health through her Menopause Sisterhood group in Benavista. The group offers a space where women can talk honestly, ask questions and find real support during both the perimenopausal and menopausal stages. The Wellness Circle follows the same spirit of community, bringing together professionals from different areas of the wellness world. The first Wellness Circle event takes place on Thursday December 11 at 10:00 at Café-Bar Town Hall in Benahavís. Newcomers are warmly welcome and it promises a morning full of good conversation, professional insights and plenty of positive energy. Whether you’re a personal trainer, therapist, nutritionist or wellness coach, The Wellness Circle is a great way to meet others, share ideas and grow together.
