    Cops apprehend ten suspects for drug possession over the weekend

    THE Namibian police over the weekend arrested eight male and two female suspects, aged between 18 and 45, who were separately found in possession of cannabis, cocaine, and mandrax, with a combined value of close to N$20,000.

    A police operation in the Hardap Region yielded the most arrests, with seven suspects apprehended in Mariental and one in Rehoboth.

    The other two suspects were arrested in Swakopmund, Erongo Region.

    All ten suspects were expected to appear in courts in their respective towns today.
