Man gets assault, indecency charges A man was arrested Monday after police say he exposed himself to an employee and a guest at a Sherwood hotel on separate occasions. Officers first responded to the Holiday Inn Express at 2350 Wildwood Ave. around 9:33 a.m. on Oct. 18, when a staff reported that, while she was cleaning a room, a man later identified as Zyshawn Octavian Johnson, 26, of North Little Rock walked in wearing a gray hoodie bearing the words "Nope not today" and touching his exposed genitals, the report says. The employee walked around him to leave, and the man grabbed her buttocks, the report says. Around 8:11 a.m. Monday, a hotel guest told police she had been entering her room when she turned around to see a man wearing the same type of hoodie exposed and masturbating, the report says. The woman screamed for her husband, and the man left, the report says. Police identified Johnson through security footage and arrested him around 3:10 p.m. on Monday in the parking lot of the Academy Sports at 6100 Warden Road, near the hotel, the report says. Johnson faces felony charges of second-degree sexual assault and possession of a Schedule 6 controlled substance; misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in court; and a probation revocation from a separate case, online records show. Johnson was being held in the Pulaski County jail Tuesday with his bond set at $2,500, according to online records.
