Colts' Enter Sunday With Clean Bill Of Health, Final Inactive Report

Everything is going right for the Indianapolis Colts, including but not limited to, the injury report. Although the mid week designation was riddled with big name stars, they will be entering today’s game against the Tennessee Titans with all hands on deck.
Of the five inactive players, all are healthy scratches.
JT Tuimolao
It is very rare for a team to designate their second round pick as a healthy scratch early in the season, as is the case for JT Tuimolao. Tuimolao was the 45th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, taken above players like Oluwafemi Oladejo, an edge rusher they will play against today.
Despite the early round draft capital used on him, Tuimolao is yet to make his season debut. Now, it is possible that he is still recivering from a knee injury suffered August 8th, but it is unlikely. There have been no injury designations or reports coming out of camp. All signs point to the Colts not feeling comfortable playing their second round pick.
“NFL rookies don’t get redshirt seasons,” writes Horseshoe Heroes’ Lee Vorell. “They shouldn’t, at least. They get paid good money immediately, and they need to contribute as close to Week 1 of Year One as possible. Beginning a career as a healthy scratch is beginning a career with a hefty thud.”
Tyler Warren Is Healthy
Tyler Warren has been dealing with a toe injury since the team advanced to 2-0 on the season. He did not participate in early week practices, and was a limited participant as the week concluded. However, he will be active against the Tennessee Titans.
The first round rookie cleared his injury designation yesterday, which implies that the injury was a more mild one.
Warren has been one of the best pieces on an offense that has been humming through two weeks. I do not believe his toe will be anything to worry about on Sunday as they look to advance to 3-0 and pick up a divisional win. You have to search far and wide to find a journalist who is worried about the 23-year-old’s health.
