The Executive Director of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), Obengfo Nana Kwasi Gyetuah, is urging the Ghana Education Service (GES) to shut down the National Placement Resolution Centre, describing it as a source of confusion during school placement periods.
His comments follow recent scenes of overcrowding and frustration at the GNAT Hall in Accra, where hundreds of parents and students gathered to resolve issues with Senior High School placements under the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
