Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty has honoured three of its leading agents with recognition at the Gen Blue 2025 Global Conference in Las Vegas, an international gathering of more than 2,500 real estate professionals.
Angela Hanwell, Adam Birch and Fiona Hatfield were named the company’s top performers for sales and rentals this year and were rewarded with a trip to the September conference, which featured training sessions, networking and a keynote by renowned portrait photographer Platon Antoniou.
Ms Hanwell, who marked her 20th year in real estate, said she was proud to be recognised as Top Agent of the Year.
“I’m truly honoured … What I love most about this business is helping clients achieve their goals and building lasting relationships,” she said.
Mr Birch, who has worked in the industry for more than two decades, described the award as a team effort.
“I’m truly grateful to everyone who has entrusted me with their business, as well as to my family, clients and colleagues for their support,” he said.
Ms Hatfield, who is celebrating 40 years in the business, said she still has the same passion she had when she started.
“It’s almost unbelievable to look back over 40 years and remember the joy I’ve shared with so many clients and friends,” she said.
In addition to the top three, seven more Coldwell Banker Bermuda agents received a paid trip to the conference to exchange ideas with peers and explore new technologies.
Brian Madeiros, president and chief executive, praised the team for their dedication.
“Angela, Adam and Fiona exemplify the best of our profession. Their success comes not only from their results, but from the way they serve their communities and guide families in achieving their dreams of homeownership,” he said.
