Your browser does not support the audio element. FAYETTEVILLE -- The city will manage the two privately owned Bakery Building parking lots located at 313 W. Dickson St. beginning Wednesday. The lots, containing 49 parking spaces, will be available every day to the public with parking rates ranging from $1 to $3 per hour, varying by the lot and time of day, according to a city press release. The hourly rates will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. Payment will be made through the ParkMobile App using the car's license plate number. "Parking regulations and a familiar enforcement presence, coupled with nearby transit services, will make the Bakery and Streetside lots attractive options right in the heart of the Dickson Street Entertainment District," Parking Manager Justin Clay said.
