Chris Harrison’s Wife Lauren Zima Issues Bold Statement About Pregnancy Photo Circulating Online

Chris Harrison’s wife is shutting down fake images spreading false pregnancy rumors on social media. Lauren Zima took to her Instagram profile to clear the air about doctored pregnancy photos circulating online. “Hey y’all. So, people are sending me this post that is claiming to be news. Someone has edited our photo to make me pregnant, and this account has proclaimed the news that Chris and I are expecting,” she began in the post, alongside a screenshot of the fake post. She went on to explain that they look the other way when it comes to “misleading headlines,” noting, “we don’t address them and they don’t bother us. I’ve seen clickbait headlines about us and baby news/divorce/etc before and ignored them. It comes with the territory,” however, she draws the line at completely false and doctored images to fuel a false narrative. Oops! We’re unable to load this content right now. She doubled down on the emotional weight that comes with a post like this, stating, “I’m sure my fellow women can understand the complexities, emotions and strangeness of this.” Zima offered up one last reminder to her fans, writing, “I have no desire to give this account any further spotlight. A reminder that so much of what we see online is fake, and of how many people online do not care how they make people feel.” Related: Chris Harrison Finally Reveals If He’d Ever Return to ‘The Bachelor’ And to end on a positive note, she extended her gratitude to the good people around her, writing, “Thank you to all the sweet folks who sent this our way with kindness and love. Chris and I are deeply grateful for the people we see so often, both online and in the real world, who make our days with your love and support. Thank you ❤️” The former Bachelor host and his wife, who wed in Nov. 2023, recently got candid about their family journey during an episode of their Through the Drama podcast, noting that despite doing three rounds of egg freezing, they do not plan to have children right now. Oh my God, you guys are trying!’ And then as a woman, I’m backed into this corner of having to explain, ‘Well, no, I’m not really sure that I want kids. In fact, I don’t think I want children,’ which can be a very volatile thing to say to other women, especially women who have kids,” she explained, adding that Harrison has been very supportive of whatever she decides. Zima, who previously hosted Entertainment Tonight, does not have any kids of her own, but is a stepmom to Harrison’s two adult kids, Josh and Taylor, whom he shares with ex-wife Gwen Harrison.
