Starting Saturday, Nov. 8, these new pathways have been accessible to the public, providing a safer and more convenient option for those traveling on foot or by bike. “These two tunnels offer a safe, convenient way for walkers and bikers to travel beneath Highway 41 and Highway 10 (Engler Boulevard)," stated the social media update from Carver County Public Works.
