Charles Ural Bastian, age 82 years of Coral Harbour and formerly of Mangrove Cay, Andros, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday 20th October 2025. He is survived by his wife: Lindsay Bastian; daughters: Bernadette and Lavern Cartwright, Michelle Thompson, Carla Wallace and Emily Pearce; sons: Steven Taylor, Omar and Cordero Ferguson; grandchildren: Berkeria Strachan, Lashan Delira, Burkley Thompson, Brian Jr. and Bryson Wallace, Cindy Jones, Stefon, Calilea and Caleb Taylor, Arnette Bell, Stephanie Brown, Keilah and Kaylen Cartwright, Kristian, Keelan Wilkinson, Lashenane Greene and Sonique Duncombe; sister: Veronica Rolle; brothers: Jeffrey and Donnie Bastian; aunt: Leona McClain; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
