This week, Kate Garraway told her followers about her latest venture away from her TV roles. Although the 58-year-old is best known for being part of the Good Morning Britain team, she's currently taking part in the new series of Celebrity Traitors . Recently, she opened up on the impact taking part in the BBC had on her. This week, Kate finds herself in danger of being murdered by the Traitors, alongside Lucy Beaumont and Nick Mohammed. In a shocking twist, whoever the Traitors decide to get rid of, they'll have to do face-to-face. However, outside of the Scottish Castle and her time in the Good Morning Britain studio, Kate has been busy on another project. Taking to Instagram this week, she shared a post announcing a new platform for people to connect with one another. In the clip, she said: "This is a great moment to share with you something that you may have heard me mention once or twice, that I've been working on for some time. "It's called The Sharing Life, and I'm so excited because we're now ready to build our platform, and it's based on one very simple but very powerful idea that none of us should face life's biggest moments alone. "Whether it's those huge moments of joy, heartbreak, change or challenge. The things that spin us on our axis, it's always better and stronger somehow when we share that with someone else because then we can lean on and learn from each other." Kate took a moment to address her followers personally, highlighting that they've always been there with her in moments of her life, both lighthearted and sombre. She added: "You've always absolutely been there with me, usually laughing at my utter ridiculousness, which is fine because I am! But also, absolutely supported me when life has got incredibly tough. "It's sometimes the things that you've said that have connected the dots with me that's made all the difference and I really want to share this around and build something that we can all use and benefit from. Giving fans more information on the new platform, the ITV star explained it's all about real stories, real needs, real connection and real support. She added: "We're absolutely at the start of this, it's so great that we're now building our platform. I want us to go on this journey together because it's only by hearing from you, it's truly about you and what you need." Telling people it's free to sign up, Kate highlighted there are also experts involved to help offer support. She continued: "Get on board today, sign up and I really think we can build something very special together." People are able to find out more information on her Instagram page. Celebrity Traitors is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
