Celebrating decades of dedication: Paycare marks team member milestones

Paycare’s Clare Jarvis joined the company in 1985 and, over the years, has gained extensive experience across the business, holding a variety of roles within different departments.

She began her journey as the Office Junior straight from school and over the past four decades has progressed through the ranks from Assistant to the CEO, to Operations Manager, and to her current role as Corporate Support Manager – a role which sees her looking after the health cash plan provider’s corporate customers.

Nicola Mumford joined the team a decade ago and has held several senior positions – including Head of Operations and Head of Corporate Relationships – before taking on her current role as Director of Operations. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2023. With a strong background in financial and regulated services, Nicola plays a key role in helping lead the organisation and supporting both Policyholders and colleagues.

CEO Ant Burns said: “Clare and Nicola are both shining examples of the values we live and breathe here at Paycare. Their knowledge, passion, and loyalty have been fundamental to our ongoing success, and we are hugely grateful for their hard work and unwavering devotion to our cause.

“The strength of our organisation comes from its people, and the dedication of long-serving individuals who drive our community focus helps us continue to champion health and wellbeing across our region and beyond.

“We’re exceptionally proud to be celebrating both of these fantastic achievements and on behalf of the whole Paycare team, I’d like to thank Clare and Nicola for everything they have done and continue to do – for our colleagues, our partners, and our wider communities.”

Paycare supports the health and happiness of the UK through a range of Health Cash Plans designed to ease financial pressure and promote a proactive approach to wellbeing, with options available for both individuals and organisations.
