When she’s not belting her heart out on stage or helping make people’s dreams come true as a judge on American Idol, country queen Carrie Underwood is just a regular gal who loves spending time with her family at home in Nashville. If you follow her on Instagram, you know that home includes adorable farm animals, and apparently, she’s also big into gardening! On November 7, Underwood shared a new photo of Instagram where she’s showing off some pretty huge tromboncino squash. And while they’re no doubt impressive, fans were more blown away by her relaxed, natural look and wavy hair. She captioned the photo with, “Pardon my sweatpants, but I had to show off these tromboncino squash! I’ve got 5 of these babies! Woo hoo! We’ll be eating these all winter!” It’s pretty safe to say exactly nobody minds the sweatpants, and people couldn’t wait to leave comments noting how stunning she looks! One follower said, “Your hair!!!!! Perfection on you 😍,” and another added, “It looks so good!” Yet another Underwood fan who is totally digging her relaxed attire noted, “It’s stretchy pants season 🙌🏼” Underwood is practically glowing in these photos, and farm life certainly agrees with her — as do those natural waves! Fans went wild when she debuted a darker shade of blonde hair back in August. This was a pretty big change from her classic platinum locks, but the new color looks absolutely fabulous. As @fit52 commented, “It’s giving strong, grounded, and totally gorgeous 😍👏” Carrie Underwood’s Career Continues to Skyrocket Underwood never ceases to amaze her fans, and at the end of October, she celebrated a huge milestone and left even more of a mark on country music history! She officially became the highest RIAA certified female country artist of all time. MCA captioned the announcement with: “MCA and the Recording Industry Association of America announce that Multi-Platinum, 8-time GRAMMY Award winner Carrie Underwood has become the highest RIAA Certified female country artist of all time with over 95 million units (22.5 million albums and 72.5 million singles) in the US alone across solo titles and collaborations. Congratulations, Carrie! 🎉” As for what’s next for Underwood? Hopefully, she’ll get to enjoy a nice break with her family over the holiday season, because she’s headed back to the judge’s panel in January when the new season of American Idol premieres. Now might be a good time to go ahead and get the DVR set up. You know she’ll deliver even more show-stopping looks and performances once Idol is back in business.
