Cameron Diaz and her husband Benji Madden recently made a rare public appearance. The couple attended Michael Rubin’s REFORM Alliance Casino Night on Saturday in New Jersey.
They stepped out for a date night and enjoyed a poker game in coordinated looks. This marks one of their few joint public appearances in recent years. They were last spotted together in August 2024.

For the night out, Diaz wore a black longline blazer over a low-cut black top. She accesorised the outfit with some rings, a gold choker necklace, dainty earrings and a leather purse. Makeup-wise, the actress opted for dewy glam, blushed cheeks, defined eyebrows and glossy lips. She styled her hair in a side-part bob.
Madden, on the other hand, looked dapper in a black satin jacquard suit jacket. He paired it with a matching satin button-down shirt and black T-shirt. He also wore a chunky silver chain necklace and black trucker hat that read “MDDN,” from his brand.
The couple first met in May 2014. Madden popped the question in December that same year after which the two tied the knot in a private ceremony in January 2015. They welcomed a daughter named Raddix in 2019, followed by a son named Cardinal in 2024.

Earlier this year, Madden opened up about his marriage to Cameron Diaz on SiriusXM’s “Literally! With Rob Lowe” podcast. During the conversation, Lowe mentioned that they both are married to strong women.
Madden said, “When you think about the powerful women that are just these forces of nature — I think all of our wives are interesting, in the fact that they also don’t want to be with a pushover guy,” adding, “They still need a strong counterpart, but you have to also not have the ego.”
In an interview with Vogue Mexico, Diaz credited her husband for inspiring her return to acting. The actress said, “I thought I would never act again. I thought I had left all that behind to dedicate myself to my family,” she told Vogue Mexico. “[Benji Madden said] now we support you, we let you shine and do what you love. It’s your turn.”
