Burgeon Law joins RegFin, expanding footprint to 150 lawyers

Burgeon Law, along with its team of over 25 lawyers, including five partners, has merged with RegFin, the law firm announced on Wednesday. The merger will create a combined strength of 150 lawyers, including 22 partners, significantly expanding RegFin’s footprint in India.The New Delhi office will become RegFin’s fourth office, joining its headquarters in Mumbai and existing offices in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, and Bengaluru.As part of the integration, Roma Priya, who joins as an equity partner, will assume the role of senior partner and founder, Delhi, and national head, Private Equity and Venture Capital Transactions.Seaking about the merger, Tejesh Chitlangi, Managing Partner at IC RegFin Legal, said that “this merger supercharges our growth plans.
