Bunnie, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, fully committed to the costume, selling the look with dramatic, creepy makeup and even a new hair color. Using makeup to alter the shape of her eyes, Bunnie looked eerily similar to Sally, the wide-eyed rag doll from the 1993 animated Disney film. She also had the same stitches across her jaw, as well as red lipstick and a bright red wig to match Sally’s hair color. But the transformation didn’t stop at her head, as Bunnie also had stitches drawn across her chest to mimic Sally’s stitches from being sewn together by mad scientist Dr. Finkelstein. Bunnie also wore a color-patched dress and a pair of lace black tights to complete the costume. “You win Halloween,” one of her followers wrote on Instagram, while other users commended Bunnie for the “epic” and “absolutely incredible” costume. Fans seemed to be mostly impressed by Bunnie’s convincing makeup, with one fan calling the transformation “crazy good.” “You literally transformed,” added another, while someone else admitted, “Didn’t even know this was you at first!” “This is the hottest trippiest costume I’ve seen !!” one commenter chimed in. Another wrote, “Wooooaaaaahhhhhh!!! This is INSANE!” Several fans agreed that this year’s look was one of their “favorite” costumes from Bunnie, who isn’t afraid to go all-out for Halloween. “Always here for a good bunnieween look,” another comment read.
