A weekend argument on a Brisbane footpath allegedly ended with a man being stabbed in the neck with kitchen cutlery.The victim was reportedly sitting on the side of Mallon Street in Bowen Hills about 10.30pm on Saturday when he was approached by an older man he didn’t know.The duo began arguing, before a fork was allegedly pulled and plunged into the younger man’s neck.Police were called to the scene and arrested a 33-year-old man.
