Bridgewater Commons celebrated the grand opening of its new Kendra Scott boutique this month, marking another step in the 37-year-old mall’s recently announced revitalization plan. Located on the main level in the Bloomingdale’s wing, the 1,771-square-foot jewelry and accessories boutique is one of several new tenants joining the mall as part of its refresh. The Bridgewater Commons renovation will feature a redesigned food court, updated lighting fixtures, interior landscaping, and fresh paint throughout the 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center. The mall was sold to new owners in 2023. Since then, the owners have completed 87,000 square feet of leases to retailers, restaurants, and service providers, including Alo Yoga, Fogo de Chão, Miniso, Pop Mart, JD Sports, Millburn Deli, Club Champion, Big Chicken, Face Foundrié, Pure Green and Summit Medical.
