Brewers vs. Cubs tickets set to go on sale this week

The Chicago Cubs will take on the Milwaukee Brewers in a playoff series for the first time ever, and fans will soon get a chance to purchase tickets.
Shortly after the Cubs finished off the San Diego Padres in the Wild Card Series, the Cubs announced that tickets for the Cubs’ home games in the Division Series will go on sale Friday.
According to the Cubs, those tickets will go on sale at 1 p.m. Friday, with all tickets distributed via the MLB Ballpark app.
While the series will open in Milwaukee, Games 3 and 4 of the series would be played at Wrigley Field on Wednesday, October 8 and Thursday, October 9, if necessary.
For games that aren’t played at Wrigley Field, the Cubs announced that watch parties will be held at Gallagher Way, located next door to the ballpark in Wrigleyville.
The area will open at least one hour prior to the game, with more information to be released after the National League Division Series schedule is finalized.
Tickets will cost $10 for the watch parties, with all proceeds benefitting Cubs Charities, according to the team. Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase, along with other entertainment.
More information can be found on the Cubs’ website.
For fans interested in attending games if the Cubs advance again, the “Fly the W” presale remains open for the National League Championship Series and the World Series. Registration for NLCS ticket drawings will continue until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Cubs.
