Former Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of ex-Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, Vanam Jwala Narasimha Rao presented the pre-print copy of his book "Democracy and Governance Through Lens and Blurred Glasses: A Journey into Distorted Visions of Modern-Day Politics" to Justice V. Ramasubramanian, Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Justice Ramasubramanian said that such an extensive and analytical compilation has emerged from decades of lived experience within the institutions of governance. He has written the Appraisal for the book. Conceived over several years, the work brings together 75 published essays of Mr. Jwala, written between 2010 and 2025, which explore the moral, administrative, and institutional dimensions of democracy.
