A classic rock band is set to go on its first tour in four years. Bon Jovi announced a small number of concerts for 2026, including a four-night run at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 7, July 9, July 12 and July 14. It will be the group’s first shows since 2022, when vocal issues sidelined lead singer Jon Bon Jovi. “There is a lot of joy in this announcement,” Bon Jovi said in a statement Wednesday. “Joy that we can share these nights together with our amazing fans and joy that the band can be together. I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience – I get to stand in the WE of our concerts. “And I’ve spoken extensively on my gratitude but I will say it again, I’m deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I’m ready and excited!” Bon Jovi concert tickets Tickets for the NYC concerts go on sale to the public Friday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. Fans can sign up for an artist presale at bonjovi.com. Due to high demand, fans may also want to check Vivid Seats, Seat Geek and StubHub for tickets. Prices have not been announced, but tickets are expected to be more reasonable than Bon Jovi’s private performance in June as part of a Runaway Tours travel package that started at $1,750 per person. It was Bon Jovi’s first announced concert since JBJ underwent vocal cord surgery in 2022. Bon Jovi is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame group known for hits like “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive” and “Bad Medicine.” The New Jersey band released a new album, “Forever,” in 2024, and played a surprise concert in Nashville to celebrate. The lead singer’s son Jake Bongiovi, who recently married “Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown, is a Syracuse University alumnus.
