Brickell Management Group (BMG) announced yesterday that it is launching a state-of-the-art, contactless self-storage, 300-unit facility on Monday called Skyline Storage, located within the up-and-coming Westfield Commerce Park.
Chairman of Brickell Management Group Sebastian Bastian said in a statement that the development of Skyline Storage was an answer to the growing need for storage facilities on New Providence.
“New Providence is at the heart of our operations, and Skyline Storage is an investment in the community we serve,” said Bastian.
“We’re focused on providing solutions that make everyday life easier for both our residents and businesses. This expansion reflects our commitment to meeting the island’s growing needs, while setting a new standard for service and accessibility.”
The statement said the facility houses 10-foot x 25-foot units, a unit size that is not available through any other storage provider on New Providence. It adds that the climate-controlled units are also available from 5 feet x 10 feet, up to 10 feet x 30 feet.
“For those in need of extra space while relocating, managing business inventory, or simply decluttering, Skyline Storage offers a simple and secure solution for all storage needs.” the statement said.
It adds: “At Skyline Storage, clients will experience convenience, security, and complete contactless access. All bookings are handled online, allowing customers to reserve their units and move in whenever they’re ready, with no in-person visits required.”
The facility and Westfield Commerce Park are located directly across from Airport Industrial Park on Windsor Field Road.
The statement said Westfield Commerce Park’s lots are already 60 percent reserved.
Westfield will feature 90 subdivided lots, ranging from 18,000 square feet to two acres, on a 76-acre site in what BMG says is one of the last industrial properties in the area where companies can purchase lots with such square footage.
BMG said Westfield will be a perfect location for office spaces, retail storefronts, expansive warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
Bastian said in March that the park could be completed in nine to 12 months.
