Blue Jays' Trey Yesavage on Girlfriend Taylor Frick: 'The Only Fan I Need'

Trey Yesavage is so in love. He has the full support of his girlfriend, Taylor Frick, who has been showing her man love throughout his first year in the major leagues. According to Essentially Sports, the two met in college. Yesavage, who was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the first round of the 2024 MLB draft, and Frick have shared some sweet messages to one another on social media in recent weeks. For example, on Oct. 26, Frick uploaded a post to her Instagram feed with the caption, “lived a lot of lives in 48 hrs,” likely referring to her travel from Toronto to Los Angeles during the World Series. It didn’t take long for Yesavage to pop up in the comments, writing, “So many miles for so much love,” along with three red heart emoji. Back in April, Frick captioned a post of her and her main squeeze, “forever your biggest fan.” Yesavage didn’t miss an opportunity to make his lady swoon, writing “The only fan I need,” in the comments section of the post. Fans have really enjoyed watching Yesavage come into his own this season and they’ve also loved seeing his relationship with Frick blossom. “Not all of us creeping his queen. You guys are adorable!! I hope you allow Toronto to be part of this beautiful love story,” one fan commented on Frick’s April post a few weeks ago. “Soooo cuteeeeeeee,” someone else wrote about a week ago. The Blue Jays are sending Yesavage to the mound to face the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 5 of the World Series on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The rookie will be going head to head against Blake Snell for the Dodgers as each team will try to pull ahead in the series, which is currently tied 2-2. Yesavage started Game 1 of the Fall Classic, helping his team blow out the Dodgers 11-4. In that game, the starting pitcher struck out five batters, gave up four hits, two earned runs and three walks over four innings. Frick will undoubtedly be on-hand to cheer on her guy and his teammates as they look to go back-to-back on Dodgers’ home turf.
