The singer and actress, known for her impeccable taste and business acumen, has reportedly bought an ultra-luxurious villa in Seoul’s Gangnam district, one of South Korea’s most exclusive and high-value neighbourhoods. According to reports dated October 29, 2025, Jisoo’s new residence is located in L’ARBRE 27, a private and highly secure complex that has quickly become a coveted address among South Korea’s most powerful personalities. HYBE Founder Bang Si Hyuk Will Be Jisoo’s Neighbour Adding even more buzz to the purchase, it has been revealed that HYBE founder and BTS mastermind Bang Si Hyuk will also reside in the same complex, making him Jisoo’s soon-to-be neighbour. The L’ARBRE 27 property is made up of only 27 exclusive villas, each designed for maximum privacy, comfort, and architectural sophistication. Reports state that every unit in the development has already been sold out — a testament to its desirability among Korea’s business and entertainment elites. Penthouse units in the complex are priced at around 45 billion KRW (approximately 31.6 million USD), while standard villas are estimated at 20 billion KRW (around 14 million USD). The twin-tower property will feature five underground and seven above-ground levels, with completion scheduled soon. Residents including Jisoo and Bang Si Hyuk are expected to move in once construction wraps up.
