The ten day tribunal between Sian Finn, 49, and the LGBT organisation centres around her dismissal in 2024. Last week Miss Finn, who now works in the Black Country, gave evidence claiming to be the subject of victimisation and sexual slurs in the workplace. Her dismissal centred around her dealing with a trans woman who turned up to the LGBT Centre seeking help. Miss Finn was working within the sexual health team and helped find accommodation for the person, which was not in her job description.
