William Shatner dismissed rumors about his health Thursday, joking on X after reports claimed he had been rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles.
TMZ reported that the 94-year-old “Star Trek” actor called for emergency help Wednesday due to a blood sugar issue, but Shatner quickly pushed back, writing on X, “Salt Lakers! I’ll be at #FanX in Salt Lake City tomorrow and Saturday! Shatner followed up Friday with another post, admitting, “I over indulged,” but offering no further details. He assured fans, “I thank you all for caring but I’m perfectly fine,” before adding, “I keep telling you all: don’t trust tabloids or AI! 😉.”

His second post included a photo of himself with the caption, “Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated!”
Shatner offered no further details, but at 94 continues to make public appearances, including his scheduled stop at FanX Salt Lake City this weekend.
