Best Ravens vs. Dolphins Player Prop Bets: Derrick Henry To Go Off?

In a battle of a Miami offense coming off of its best performance of the season and a Ravens squad welcoming back two-time MVP Lamar Jackson, the enticing Ravens vs. Dolphins player prop bet options tonight are endless. Dolphins RB De'Von Achane and WR Jaylen Waddle are tempting after big games vs. the Falcons last Sunday. For Baltimore, a number of players should thrive as long as Jackson is close to 100 percent in his first action since Week 4. Personally, though, the two players I'm most bullish on are Ravens RB Derrick Henry and WR Zay Flowers. Derrick Henry Over 89.5 Rush Yards (-114 at FanDuel) -- 1 unit In his first game back from a hamstring injury, it's hard to know whether Jackson -- who is averaging 7.9 yards per carry on 5.25 rushing attempts per game -- will be as involved as usual in the Baltimore running game. But even if Jackson's carries are limited tonight, his presence will be huge for Henry. Like any back, the five-time Pro Bowler is much harder to keep in check when he's not the only rushing threat in the backfield. This year, in four games with Jackson under center, Henry averaged 5.8 yards per carry on 12.25 carries per game. In three games without Jackson, Henry picked up just 3.77 yards per carry on 20 carries per game. Read More A big night for Henry feels even more likely given how the Dolphins have fared against the run this season. To the Fins' credit, they did bottle up Bijan Robinson (9 carries for 25 yards -- just 2.8 yards per carry) last Sunday. Still, the Miami front seven -- which has allowed at least 140 rushing yards in five of eight games this year -- will have its hands full in this game. On the year, the Dolphins are allowing 5 yards per carry (fourth-most in the NFL), and they've also allowed the fourth-most total rushing yards. With the Ravens favored by 7.5 points, it's hard to imagine Baltimore not getting an early lead, playing from ahead and pounding away with No. 22. The over on Henry's total rushing attempts (18.5), longest rush (19.5 yards) and several other markets all make sense, but if I have to pick one, I'm going with him to go over 89.5 rushing yards for the third time this season. Zay Flowers Over 5.5 Receptions (+105 at DraftKings ) -- 1 unit Another Ravens skill-position player I'm high on tonight is dynamic third-year wide receiver Zay Flowers. The former Boston College star has been a heavily featured piece since he was drafted back in 2023, and his early-season numbers with Jackson in the lineup bode well for his chances of a big night on TNF. Flowers had at least seven catches in three of Jackson's four starts this year. With nearly eight targets per game in Weeks 1-4, Flowers was able to consistently clear this line with some room to spare. Even with Cooper Rush and Tyler Huntley at the helm the last three weeks, Baltimore's top receiver finished those games with five, six and seven receptions. I'd probably take Flowers to go over 5.5 catches tonight at odds as short as -120, which makes taking this at better than even-money a no-brainer.
