We expect innovation and hospitality from The Rustic Grill at StoneWater, and this month is no exception. In response to the federal government shutdown and the temporary pause of SNAP benefits for November, The Rustic Grill at StoneWater announced a free kids’ meal with the purchase of any adult entrée beginning Saturday, November 1 and running through Thanksgiving or when the government resumes program funding — whichever comes first. The initiative support Northeast Ohio families experiencing unexpected hardship and to help ensure local children do not go hungry. Lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch will be available for children 10 and under, with one free kids’ meal per adult entrée purchased. A soft drink or lemonade is included. This is a dine-in only offer. “Families across our region are facing sudden and serious food insecurity due to the disruption of SNAP benefits,” said Lindsey Neidus, Chief Marketing and Development Officer. “We know dining out can feel out of reach for families right now,” she added. “Our hope is that this gesture provides support where it’s needed most.” Holiday market.
