Claudia Winkleman revealed her all-time favourite meal, which features a controversial ingredient. The 53-year-old host of The Celebrity Traitors previously talked about her preferred 'cheat meals' when asked about eating habits. Although Claudia completely rejected the idea of calling something a 'cheat', she revealed that roast chicken, crispy potatoes, and horseradish were among her favourites, along with a vegetable side dish and two courses to finish. Among the latter, she would apparently opt for an Italian cheese so intense in flavour that it is sure to split opinion. "Buttery peas [too]," she told Marie Claire in 2022. "...Then a cheese board that WILL include Gorgonzola, and then probably Tiramisu." While delicious, fresh chicken and vegetables, such as peas, are often considered part of what is called 'clean foods'. This term usually means the food is healthy and free from chemical treatment, implying it is likely unprocessed. Last year, research from the Cleveland Clinic in the US warned that eating processed meat is a leading cause of colorectal cancer in young people. Consequently, choosing 'cleaner' foods is deemed much better for long-term health. In a previous interview with the Mirror, Helen Bell, a nutritionist at the UK Care Guide , explained: "These foods are typically lower in calories and higher in essential nutrients compared to processed foods. They provide fibre, which aids in digestion and helps maintain a feeling of fullness. "In my experience, clients who switch to a diet rich in these foods often [also] find it easier to manage their weight because they are consuming more nutrient-dense calories that support overall health and metabolism." Aside from her diet, Claudia also mentioned that spin classes were her preferred way to exercise. During the 2022 conversation, the Strictly Come Dancing host continued: "I definitely have a favourite way, my favourite thing is to do spin because I’m locked into the bike, so I can’t leave. Because anything else, I will leave. "I don’t like sweating, I don’t like pain, I can’t get my head around any of it."
