Bank of Maharashtra SO Recruitment 2025 Released For 350 Specialist Officer Vacancies

Bank of Maharashtra has released the official notification for Specialist Officer (SO) vacancies. The state bank is conducting this recruitment drive for nearly 350 vacancies of SO post. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for these posts at the official website of Bank of Maharashtra, i.e. bankofmaharashtra.in. The cut off date for eligibility criteria (age, qualification, work experience) and other details is August 31, 2025. Interested candidates should be proficient in computers; good in inter-personal communication skills, analytical skills and drafting skills. The appointment of officers is on pan India basis and the selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India as an Officer as per Bank’s requirement. Educational degree must be from recognized University / Institute approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Selection will be through examination (if required) and personal interview / discussion. A preliminary screening of applications may be carried out by the Bank to shortlist eligible candidates with reference to candidate’s qualifications, suitability / experience etc. Final Selection will be on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in personal interview / discussion. The allocation of marks for personal Interview is 100. The candidate should score minimum 50 marks (45 in case of SC/ST/PwBD) to qualify in the interview. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit. Bank may change the mode of selection depending upon the number of applications received.
