Latin superstar Bad Bunny will perform at the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The announcement was made during the Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys Sunday Night Football halftime show, marking the first time the Puerto Rican artist will grace the Super Bowl stage.
Why It Matters
This performance represents a significant milestone for Latin music’s representation on one of the world’s biggest entertainment stages. Bad Bunny’s selection as headliner comes after a red-hot year that saw him release his seventh album and complete a historic 30-date residency in San Juan.
The Super Bowl Halftime Show typically draws over 100 million viewers, providing unprecedented global exposure for artists and their cultural impact.
The announcement also carries special weight given Bad Bunny’s previous statements about avoiding U.S. performances due to concerns about ICE raids, making this Super Bowl appearance particularly meaningful for the artist and his community.

What To Know
Just before the official reveal, Bad Bunny posted on X that he would perform only one show in the United States, referring to his upcoming Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour. “I’ve been thinking about it these days, and after discussing it with my team, I think I’ll do just one date in the United States,” he wrote in Spanish.
Bad Bunny’s album “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” released in January, serves as a love letter to Puerto Rico. He followed this with a groundbreaking residency at San Juan’s José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum that ran from July through September 20.
His Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour launches December 5 in Costa Rica and travels through Mexico, Spain, and England before concluding in Italy on July 17-18. The tour includes dates in Chile on February 5-7 and Argentina on February 15-17, though it remains unclear whether those performances will proceed given the Super Bowl commitment.
The NFL has partnered with Roc Nation since 2019 to book the Halftime Show. Recent performances have featured Kendrick Lamar (2025), Usher (2024), Rihanna (2023), and a 2022 showcase of hip-hop legends including Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige.
