AU Small Finance Bank on Friday announced that its Deputy CEO, Rajeev Yadav, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.Yadav will be relieved from the services of the bank with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025. "As discussed, I am writing to resign from my position as Deputy CEO to pursue other opportunities. This decision has been a difficult one for me to make given all the support provided by you and the Bank over the last 18 months. I wish to express my deep gratitude for all the opportunities and support extended to me during my tenure with the Bank. I am also sincerely appreciative of the guidance and encouragement received from you and the entire management team. It has been a privilege to serve AU Small Finance Bank, and I extend my best wishes for the continued success of the Bank," said Yadav in the resignation letter provided by the lender through stock exchange filing.AU Small Finance Bank reported a 2 per cent dip in net profit at Rs 561 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The bank had a net profit of Rs 571 crore in the July-September quarter of FY25, the lender said in a regulatory filing. Net total income rose 9 per cent to Rs 2,857 crore, while operating expenses was up 11 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,647 crore during the quarter. Provisioning during the quarter rose 29 per cent to Rs 481 crore, the filing added.
