The 2025 ATP Finals is set to kick off on November 9 in Turin, Italy. The tournament will feature the top eight men's players in singles and doubles categories. Matches will be played in a round-robin format with two groups of four each. The top two from each group will progress to the knockout stage. The event will be held at the Inalpi Arena, which has a capacity of 12,000 spectators. The tournament is being held on hard courts under a five-year agreement to host it in Piedmont region of Italy. Jannik Sinner will defend his title at the 2025 ATP Finals after defeating American Taylor Fritz in last year's final. This year, he will be part of the Bjorn Borg Group along with third seed Alexander Zverev, sixth seed Ben Shelton, and either Lorenzo Musetti or Felix Auger-Aliassime. Meanwhile, the Jimmy Connors Group features top seed Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Taylor Fritz and Australian Alex de Minaur. The 2025 ATP Finals has a record prize money of £12 million ($15.5 million), an increase of $250,000 from 2024. An undefeated champion will take home a whopping £3.87 million ($5.07 million). Players can earn up to 1,500 ATP ranking points with each round-robin match win fetching them 200 points, a semi-final win awarding them 400 points and winning the tournament giving them an additional 500 points. The 2025 ATP Finals will be streamed live on SonyLIV, with the broadcast available on Sony Sports channels. The tournament, which started in 1970 as the Masters Grand Prix before being taken over by ATP in 1990, has seen Novak Djokovic win the most singles titles (seven). Andy Murray is the only British player to have won a singles title at this prestigious event.
