More custom-themed Radeon RX 9070 XT are getting a release, with now ASUS joining others in releasing a COD: Black Ops 7-themed GPU. We already had two game or anime-themed Radeon RX 9070 XT releases in the last week, and now ASUS has jumped on the wandbagon to bring its TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9070 XT Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 special edition GPU. The company announced in a blog today that it is collaborating with AMD to release this special edition GPU to COD fans around the world. The COD: Black Ops 7 edition brings a black-themed shroud with orange accents, and its cooler will be based on the TUF Gaming RX 9070 XT, featuring a triple-fan cooling solution. The back plate showcases the COD: Black Ops 7 logo and still retains the TUF Gaming branding. The GPU was first showcased in Las Vegas on 30th September, and will now be shipped to retailers around the world along with a digital copy of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 standard edition game. TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9070 XT cards feature the latest RDNA 4 architecture from AMD, 16GB of VRAM, and AMD Software with the new ML-Powered AMD FSR 4 Upscaling Technology. This card offers next-level immersion with the latest AI-powered features from AMD, and improved gaming experiences with faster raytracing. - ASUS Since this is the OC edition, you can expect its boost clock to be up to 3080 MHz in the OC mode, and to enable sustained higher clocks, the card will utilize a phase-change GPU thermal pad to enhance the heat dissipation from the GPU. Moreover, there is a Dual BIOS switch to change the modes between Performance and Quiet, but users can tweak the fan speed using the ASUS GPU Tweak III software. ASUS has mentioned that since this is a limited special edition, there will be only 1,000 units of this GPU shipping worldwide. So, it's likely going to be somewhat expensive, considering it will have less availability and the fact that it's from "ASUS".
