iOS 26 new features: Apple has officially rolled out iOS 26, introducing a major refresh across iPhone devices and the updates are now available for download and can be installed over-the-air by going to Settings > General > Software Update, as per a report. With the same gestures used to take a screenshot, you can now tap into more information from apps, highlight parts of the screen for a quick search, or ask ChatGPT for context and explanations.Live Translation is now built into Messages, FaceTime, Phone, and even AirPods. Messages can automatically translate texts and your replies, FaceTime can display translated captions during calls, and Phone calls can be translated and read out loud in real time with an accompanying transcript. AirPods users can hear live translations during in-person conversations.Shortcuts now support intelligent actions powered by Apple Intelligence, including tools like Writing Tools and Image Playground. Child accounts are easier to set up, and apps can now provide age-appropriate experiences using your child’s age range.
