As part of the Vigilance Awareness Week, Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank organised a blood donation camp and walkathon in Srikakulam on Sunday. As many as 40 employees of the bank donated blood to the Indian Red Cross Society’s blood bank.
IRCS chairman P. Jaganmohana Rao and its Public Relations Officer P. Chaitanya felicitated AP Grameen Bank’s regional manager Laveti Ananta Rao and senior manager (Operations) Nandini Sahu, for organising the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ananta Rao said that the bank’s transparent dealings in its business had won the confidence of thousands in the district. Senior manager Bhaskar Prasad, the main branch-Srikakulam manager Suneel and others participated in the event.
