AOC only has QD-OLED monitors in the AGON Pro lineup, which is a premium series for enthusiasts, but the latest QD-OLED displays in the AOC Gaming lineup bring similar specs for low prices. These monitors will deliver the same visual quality as the premium displays, but will have a wider color gamut for vibrant images, such as 147.6% sRGB and 99% DCI-P3 color spaces. Each of these models offers 1440p resolution and offers true 10-bit color depth to produce 1.07 billion colors for smoother gradients. The Q27G4ZDR is the cheaper alternative, offering up to 240Hz refresh rate, which is still excellent for fluid gameplay and also brings HDR support. The monitor offers Adaptive Sync for tear-free gaming and brings the same connectivity, including dual HDMI 2.1 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4. Plus, there is a dedicated USB hub for peripheral connectivity. The Q27G4SDR, on the other hand, can deliver up to 360Hz refresh rate, offering even smoother visuals. It brings HDR400 support compared to HDR10 on the cheaper variant and also adds G-Sync compatibility. Except for these differences, they are mostly identical. They both offer 1.5M:1 contrast ratio, 0.03ms of response time, similar viewing angles, connectivity, and an ergonomic stand that lets users adjust the display as per requirements. Both AOC Gaming Q27G4ZDR and Q27G4SDR will start selling from mid-November 2025 and will be priced at £399 and £469 respectively. Without 20% VAT, the prices in USD are $419 and $508, respectively.
