Antigua & Barbuda Prepares to Take Over Taste of the Caribbean

Antigua and Barbuda gets set to once again take on the region’s best culinary titans, with a four-member national team preparing for the Taste of the Caribbean 2025 in Barbados this November. Representing the country are Senior Chef Eustace Cabral Jr of Jumby Bay Islands, Junior Chef Azarie Crump, Pastry Chef Arielle Mills of Galley Bay Resort & spa – the team’s lone female competitor – and Mixologist Auslando Davis from Curtain Bluff. They will be supported by Team Manager Chef Olvanah Richardson, a Logistics Manager Jesse Thomas, and a Junior Chef Mentor Chef Jean Pierre Tuitt, who will help guide preparations and competition strategy. The delegation will compete against nine other Caribbean nations in a series of live culinary challenges designed to test creativity, technical skill, flavor execution, presentation, and performance under pressure.
