Andy Cohen has spoken candidly about his dating preferences including his dislike of a “slurpy twink.” The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, 57, opened up about his experiences on dating apps during his appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call her Daddy podcast. In the conversation, which covered everything from John Mayer to the Housewives reunions, Cooper asked Cohen, who has two children, Benjamin and Lucy, via surrogacy if he was on dating apps. Cohen confirmed he was on “every app” naming “Grindr, Scruff, Raya, Hinge,” as examples. He also confirmed that he often faces doubt from people that it’s actually him. “Some people are too cool for school, and they’ll say nothing. Some people are, like, ‘you look like him’, some people are, ‘Why are you sending his picture?’ Some people are like, ‘Ew!'” Asked specifically about going on dates Cohen said he meets two types of people, “people that I want to sleep with, and people that I want to date.” @callherdaddy “I’m like the UN it’s all over the map” 🤣 ♬ original sound – Call Her Daddy Cohen said he doesn’t try to impress people on dates because they “want to be with me or not.” He then added, “I don’t want to be with some, you know, slurpy twink.” We think, here, “slurpy” means guys (“twinks”) who are sucking up to Cohen and brown nosing… We think. However, “slurpy” conjures other images as well. As for what guys Cohen does go for, if not a “slurpy twink” Cohen said he was “like the UN. It’s all over the map.” He then detailed: “I like strong, independent, smart, has their own thing going [on], handsome.” He also shared, “The few people that I’ve hooked up with on Raya, that I’ve actually hooked up in person with, have not watch[ed] Watch What Happens Live and don’t watch the Housewives.” Cooper also asked Cohen whether it was true he’d hooked up with a guy on the classifieds website, Craigslist. Cohen replied in the affirmative explaining, “Craigslist used to be the place where we hooked up. Craigslist was Grindr before there was Grindr.” Share your thoughts!
