According to Hindustan Times, Business Standard, and other online reports, these adjoining luxury apartments are situated on the 47th floor of Tower C in Oberoi Exquisite, located in Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon East. According to the Hindustan Times, the sales were carried out separately with individual buyers. The first property was sold to Asha Ishwar Shukla, and the deal was registered on October 31, 2025. The second property was purchased by Mamta Surajdev Shukla, and this transaction was registered on November 1, 2025. Earlier this year (in January), Amitabh Bachchan sold a luxurious duplex for Rs 83 crore. The veteran Bollywood actor had purchased the duplex, sprea across 5,184 square feet, in April 2021 for Rs 31 crore, thus making a profit of 168 per cent from the sale.
